Novitas has been chosen to design and develop a blended ServiceNow training programme for a leading healthcare services organisation.

This project will support the organisation’s ServiceNow programme with a structured, role-based training approach for both End users and Resolver teams. The goal is to help users understand the changes, build confidence in key processes, and make the transition to new ways of working smoother.

What the project included

The programme offers a blended learning solution to support different user groups and learning needs, including:

  • Digital learning module to introduce key processes and prepare users for change

  • Quick reference guides to support common tasks and everyday system use

  • Instructor-led training course to provide focused guidance for key user groups

  • Post-go-live eClassroom to reinforce learning and support adoption beyond launch

How Novitas is supporting delivery

Novitas is delivering a structured training approach designed to support different user groups across the ServiceNow programme. The focus is on creating practical, accessible learning that helps people build confidence in new ways of working.

The programme combines digital learning, live training, and support materials to help prepare users for change and reinforce learning beyond go-live.

The learning approach

Novitas bases its approach on adult learning principles, focusing on content that is practical, relevant, and easy to use in real situations. The training aims to build confidence in real tasks, support problem-solving, and help learners use ServiceNow effectively in their roles.

Supporting adoption and readiness

By combining digital learning, instructor-led training, and practical support materials, the programme aims to strengthen user readiness and support adoption across the organisation. It also offers ongoing support after launch with post-go-live learning resources to reinforce knowledge over time.
