Novitas selected to develop bespoke DeltaV system eLearning for a global pharma leader

Novitas is proud to announce that we have been appointed by a global pharma leader to design and build bespoke training to support their DeltaV Manufacturing Control System (MCS) environment. 


Our team was selected for our ability to develop complex, task-based system simulations that mirror live operational workflows. Rather than relying on generic training or simplified click-throughs, this approach helps ensure operators are prepared for the realities of their specific environment and the way work is performed day to day. 


When training does not reflect the real user interface and business process routes, it can create a knowledge gap. That gap often shows up later as avoidable operational errors, documentation gaps, and deviations. At Novitas, we help bridge that gap by building learning that matches how work actually happens. 

 

What Novitas is delivering 

As part of this programme, we are developing a suite of bespoke eLearning that focuses on real operational tasks in DeltaV, supported by a structured delivery and review process.  


Key deliverables include: 


  • Five eLearning modules covering core DeltaV/MCS topics and tasks (with an additional Batch Control option if required) 

  • Custom-built system simulations aligned to the client’s workflows 

  • Development in Articulate Storyline, with source files provided to support future updates 

  • Testing and launch support through the client’s LMS (Cornerstone) 

  • A defined quality process, including SME review rounds and QA checks per course 


Clear project governance, including a project plan, dependencies, and change control to protect scope and timelines
