Novitas appointed to conduct Training Needs Analysis for Airline’s SAP S/4 HANA Project

Novitas has been appointed to conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for a large airline’s SAP S/4 HANA programme, providing a structured blueprint for role-based training and delivery.

Large-scale SAP S/4 HANA transformations introduce significant changes to business processes, systems, and ways of working across multiple functions. A robust Training Needs Analysis is essential to ensure training programmes are aligned to both the technical scope of the programme and the operational realities of end users.

As part of this engagement, Novitas will work closely with programme stakeholders to identify impacted roles, key learning requirements, and appropriate training strategies for each user group. The TNA will define who needs training, what training is required, and how it should be delivered to support adoption and readiness.
