The multi‑year rollout will introduce new WMS functionality across a network of operational sites, requiring a structured training strategy, robust stakeholder engagement and a clear focus on sustainable user adoption. Novitas will lead the training workstream, working closely with operational teams, super users and project stakeholders to ensure the organisation is fully equipped for each phase of the implementation.
