Following the recent SAP implementation, a leading European paper and packaging distributor needed to reinforce new ways of working and ensure operational teams could confidently use the new processes and system functionality. While the project‑phase training had been delivered, much of it existed as virtual recordings and static materials, useful for the project delivery, but not easily reusable for ongoing learning.
To support post‑project adoption, the organisation partnered with Novitas to convert these existing training assets, including a full virtual instructor‑led SAP session, into bitesize, self‑paced digital learning using our eClassroom format. This enabled teams to revisit key SAP tasks, build confidence, and access clear, role‑relevant guidance at the moment of need.

Key areas
Digital Learning Transformation
Novitas transformed a project‑phase virtual SAP training recording and materials into a structured, interactive, self‑paced digital course.
Role‑Based User Enablement
Each module was aligned to real SAP tasks and day‑to‑day workflows to support practical, system‑focused learning.
Adoption & Ongoing Readiness
The eClassroom format supported post‑go‑live knowledge reinforcement, reducing reliance on repeated live training and supporting sustainable adop
Following the SAP go‑live, the client needed a more scalable way to reinforce training. The original long virtual recording made it difficult for users to locate specific SAP steps, refresh their understanding, or learn at their own pace. With teams working in a fast‑moving distribution environment, allocating time for another round of lengthy sessions risked inconsistency and operational disruption.
The approach
Novitas collaborated with subject matter experts to deconstruct the original SAP training session identifying core processes, demonstrations, and explanations. Using our eClassroom methodology, we transformed the content into a series of short, interactive digital modules featuring:
Step‑by‑step SAP workflows
Bitesize videos extracted from the original session
Knowledge checks to validate understanding
Practical scenario‑based prompts
Clean, intuitive navigation aligned to real user journeys
This approach ensured users could quickly find and apply the exact SAP guidance needed even during busy operational periods.
The impact
The eClassroom provided a modern, flexible learning experience that supported ongoing SAP adoption across the organisation. Users could complete modules in short bursts, revisit key processes anytime, and build confidence without waiting for additional live sessions.
The structured, role‑based design made the training more accessible, reduced time away from operations, and created a sustainable asset for onboarding and refresher learning.
The transformation demonstrated how existing project‑phase training, no matter the format can be repurposed into clear, user‑friendly digital learning that strengthens post‑go‑live readiness and long‑term adoption.
Testimonial
“Customising training is where Novitas excels. Every organisation works differently, so their learning should too. Our people‑first approach ensures that training isn’t just delivered it’s understood, adopted, and reinforced long after go‑live. Turning complex material into clear, accessible learning is how we support true change and help teams feel confident in what’s new.”
