Defining the change network framework and defining clear tangible programme roles and responsibilities for the programme sponsor, regional programme manager, change leadership, HR, and the Executive Committee.
Facilitating executive workshops to confirm the change network, roles, and responsibilities
Working with the programme sponsor to clearly define the vison, mission and guiding principles for the programme.
Defining an engagement roll-out plan for the leadership community.
Working with the workstream leads and business units’ heads to define the “process principles”. These will cover the scope of the programme, set out why we are doing this, how we work today versus how we will work tomorrow, and how this all aligns with company objectives.
Enabling an engagement model that will ensure all semi-autonomous areas of the organisation are fully engaged.
Addressing specific concerns around change impacts by defining a framework for business process deep dives, ensuring team members fully understand the processes and their role before going to training.
Capturing feedback on the effectiveness of the change network and business engagement through interviews and surveys, reviewing results from this feedback and taking action to promote areas that are working well and providing ideas and actions on how to support areas of opportunity.
